IN 1959...

Richard Mauran was in search of a name for his first burger restaurant. A dealership on Danforth Avenue (also known as Harvey's), was closing and the sign was up for sale.

Mauran bought and installed the dealership logo outside the first Harvey's burger restaurant in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and we continue to live to tell the tale.
